Simple and cozy

The hotel is well located (walkable distance from busier parts of the area). Short drive to Iho Tewoo beach. Starbucks on the ground floor. Spacious room to accommodate 3 people with comfort. Friendly staff.

The expected mountain view was not there (parking lot view instead). Hotel interior could benefit from some upkeep (such as cleaning the glass roof.

Great choice near the water

Great location near the airport and the water. We got clean towels and water everyday which was really nice and overall good choice for a few days trip. The Starbucks on the first level is even better

Could be cleaner and the bed wasn’t comfortable but other than that It was great

Ideal for leaving to airport next day

Didn't have breakfast, the location was great for our last night at Jeju. Altho it was not idea for going to restaurants, etc 'cause you have to drive there or take the bus. There are very few restaurants near the hotel.

The parking situation could have been more clear. When we got there, we didn't know where we can park because it was full. The staff could have been helpful with restaurants recommendations since they are local as we are not.

Very Good

The proximity to the airport. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to get there. For an early flight, it's perfect. There is Starbucks downstairs to have an excellent breakfast or sweet time.

Near the airport means the sound of the plane every hour. With an ear plug, you can get efficient time to sleep well.

Super nice!

The room was so nice and spacious, it was great, and the bathroom was even better. Spacious beds too. The place was very clean too and it was right on top of a Starbucks. The staff was really friendly and helped us order a taxi for the airport the day before our departure. However, it's important to note that their English wasn't the best and we ended up having to communicate in Korean, which worked alright for us, but for others with no knowledge of the language, it could be a struggle. They were incredibly nice though. The check out was easy and covid-friendly, simply placing the key card in a basket. The location was gorgeous too and literally right by the ocean. Public transport is necessary though, if you want to get around the island and go sightseeing.

Wonderful

Beautiful location to enjoy walking along coast and close to public transportation like tourist and city bus stops. Right above Starbucks for coffee fiends!

Great location to enjoy the last night before an early flight!

The location was great with a beautiful view.

The room was very small and right on the main road, so I could not enjoy the view in privacy.

Good price, great bathroom, amazing view, but poor beds.

I enjoyed the privacy and the bathroom. The view of the ocean was amazing!

The beds were as hard as rocks. It was very difficult to sleep on. And the room was not sound proof. I could hear other guests next door.

Good, comfy.. But I wish they gave a better understanding with the AC, and they had actual Beach towels or bigger bath

Location. And the fact that it had a starbucks downstairs.

The air conditioner, was a joke. Too difficult to operate, and I even had the “concierge” try and help understand how to use it, but I feel they operate it from a mainhub that won’t allow you to monitor it on your own. I stayed again there another night, and for some reason, the a/c worked on the 2nd night, but it didn’t on the 1st. Also, the bath towels were too small.
